On November 22nd, Women of Color Code ( [WoC]Code ) hosted a career panel workshop, Women of Color in Tech: Career Pathways & Success Stories. The event focused on a career panel where we heard the experiences of other female students who have successfully navigated the tech internship recruitment process as well as an optimization workshop where attendees received personalized tips & techniques to elevate their resumes. This workshop allowed (WoC)Coders to hear firsthand experiences of women thriving in the tech industry as they continue their education, providing a space to learn ways to optimize their own career search process.
